About the lecturer: Patrick Marega Castellan is a human rights consultant who has served in numerous United Nations peace operations. He has worked with the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights providing advice to field staff and developing training material in collaboration with the Department of Peace Keeping Operations. He is currently based in Geneva.
